No-Equipment CORE

We all would like our stomach to be a little flatter, more toned, more Victoria Secret-esq. Alas, for most of us, yours truly included, that is just not the case. A lot of having a great CORE comes down to what you eat, but below are some exercises to get those muscles burning.

These will make your posture better, instantly giving the impression of taking off a few pounds, and will help you maintain your form while running or shopping (online included).

A couple hints:

- For best results, do not start counting until you feel a little burn. Burn means your body is actually changing!

- Don't give up after a a few days and not seeing any results. Make the decision to stay with it for one full month - everyday. If you still do not see results, evaluate other aspects or your fitness regime.

FRONT PLANK (60 SECONDS)

SIDE PLANK (60 SECONDS/EACH SIDE)

BICYCLE CRUNCHES(60 SECONDS)

BACK EXTENSIONS (60 SECONDS)

BANANA (60 SECONDS)

CRUNCHES (60 SECONDS)

* If you have 15 - 20 minutes, do 3 sets of 3 of the above exercisers with up to a minute rest

** If you have 30 minutes, do 3 sets of 5 of the above exercises with up to a minute rest

*** If you have > 30 minute do 3 sets of ALL the above excesses with up to a minute rest.
