No-Weights Leg Workout

There are a ton of great machines to tone you legs available at your local gym, but sometimes you do not have the time or resources to access them. Fear not - these below options will have you legs shaking. Similar to the arm workouts I suggested, these can be done in the comfort of your own home without any gear. Remember to warm up/cool down, be supervised if you are new to this, and have fun!

20 WALKING LUNGES (10 each leg)
20 SQUATS
20 SQUAT JUMPS
60 SECOND WALL SIT
20 SIDE LUNGES WITH TAP TO FLOOR (10 each leg)

* If you only have 15 - 20 minutes to workout, do 3 SETS OF ANY 3 OF THE ABOVE EXERCISES with a minute rest in between.


** If you have 30 minutes to workout, do 3 SETS OF ANY 4 OF THE ABOVE EXERCISES with a minute rest in between.


*** If you have an hour to workout, do 3 SETS OF ALL OF THE ABOVE EXERCISES with a minute rest in between
